Due to the popularity of some pegs, particularly some of the hot pegs on the match length, anglers are arriving at a peg before dawn and setting up their tackle on their chosen peg before leaving to go and purchase a day ticket when the tackle shops open. This is preventing paid up members and those who have already bought a day ticket from fishing these pegs.

Whilst normally a peg is available on a first come first served basis, if you are not already in possession of a membership card or a valid day ticket when you arrive then you will be asked by the bailiffs to vacate the peg. Day tickets must be bought in advance of fishing and cover the period Sunrise to Sunset only, not Dawn til Dusk.
