This match is now in its third year and is fished annually in memory of our late long serving bailiff Mick Pritchard. It is restricted to Association members only and is run by his son Lee.

Around thirty anglers took part, and were greeted by a very wet day with the river around 0.3m. The match was fished on the Bartonsham, Eign and Field Farm sections. Winner on the day was Geoff Brierley who weighed in a bleak and dace catch to record a weight of 55lb. Runner up was Kev Ellaby who caught ten barbel for a combined weight of 44lb 10oz. Third was Anthony Taylor who also caught barbel to weigh in 41lb 8oz, with Kevin Dicks completing the frame with 40lb 8oz. After the match anglers met at the Brewers Arms in Eign road  to enjoy a post match buffet.
