Sunday 23rd July 2023.

Following a night of heavy rain, 8 Association members together with river work party organiser Lee Pritchard-Woollett and bailiff Pete Pembridge, met at Braemar Gardens at the top of the Field Farm section to clear the overgrown riverbank. Fortunately the predicted showers held off and they were able to complete the task in relatively good conditions. Along with clearing the banks they were able to create  a new peg above the island. Our thanks go to all those that took part and helped clear the footpath and pegs on this section allowing everyone better access.
