Due to the continuing very hot weather extending into next week, and the current low level of the River Wye in particular, we have taken the difficult decision to CLOSE our waters on the Rivers Wye and Lugg as well as our pools at Pencoyd and Belmont until further notice.

The closure will start at 00.00 on Monday 13th July 2026 and continue until conditions improve. We are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause to some anglers, especially those on holiday. but we must put the welfare of the fish first. A further notice will be published in due course.
