Emails containing the Annual Newsletter and Renewal form have been sent out to over 900 current members in the last couple of days and you should have received them by now. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you appear not to have received  them. Around 80 members who did not supply an email address will receive their newsletter and renewal form by post. These will hopefully be posted out on Thursday 11th December and you should reeive them by early next  week. Unfortunately around 100 emails have bounced back due to the email address being incorrect. In the majority of cases this is due the email address being bady written when members joined in 2025.In a few cases the email address supplied in 2025 was the same as supplied in 2024, but still the emails bounced back as the email address could not be found or they could not receive email.Please ensure that email addresses are written legibly when filling out your renewal.If you were expecting to receive your renewal form and newsletter by email and have not received anything, please email me  and I will send it to you  using the address jlpembridge@gmail.com

Sending out the newsletter and renewal form by email instead of by post saves the Association well over £1000 each year as printing costs and postage continue to increase. This money can be better spent and helps keep the membership fees at a comparitively low level.
