Within the next 10 days, current members of the Association should receive their renewal form for 2026 together with  the Association Annual newsletter. The vast majority of members  will receive this by email, providing they included a valid email address when joining for 2025, the remainder (less than 80) should receive it via Royal Mail. Last December we tried this approach for the first time and it has saved the Association a considerable cost with the price of paper, envelopes and stamps ever increasing. However a few problems were encountered with emails bouncing back due to being undeliverable. This was due in most cases to the email address given, being partly illegible. Please ensure that your email address is legible particularly if it contains a dot or underscore. A few people only appeared to receive one or other of the 2 attachments despite both being attached to the email. For some the email ended up in their Junk or Spam folder.
