Annual Letter & Membership Renewals for 2025

Current members of the Association will shortly receive the Annual Letter and the renewal form for 2025. Due to the high cost of postage we are trialling sending out the Annual Letter and Renewal form by email. As well as saving on postage to over 1000 members, there is also the cost of paper, printing, envelope and label costs. If you did not give an email address when joining or renewing then you will still receive the Annual Letter and renewal form by post as in previous years. Please ensure that the email address is written legibly when sending in your renewal. Please also remember to send in all the items requested to ensure your renewal is handled quickly and efficiently. Every year we receive renewals to the PO Box which have insufficient postage on the envelope thus incurring an additional charge. We will not pay excess postal charges which leads to a delay in processing your renewal as the envelope will eventually be returned to sender by Royal Mail. Writing your address on the back of the envelope will speed up the process of returning to sender.
Local members can save on postage costs by taking their renewal in a SEALED envelope to either of the two tackle shops in Hereford. Cash is acceptable for this method of renewal but please make sure you SEAL the envelope. These will then be collected, processed and either returned to the tackle shop for collection or posted back to you. Again please ensure you include all the necessary items to avoid undue delays. Renewals handled in this way will normally be returned within 7 days, but please leave 15 days before contacting the membership secretary with any queries, especially at the start of the year when many members are renewing.
