Congratulations to Tim Noke on retaining the trophy which he won in the inaugural match last year. He was pegged at the top of the Eign section and caught chublets and dace for a winning weight of  67lb 9 oz. With the river dropping back from 0.5m  after the recent influx of fresh water expectations that the fish would feed were high among the 25 anglers pegged on the Bartonsham and Eign sections. Over 30lb of fish were required to finish in the top ten with the majority of those weights coming from the Bartonsham section. Lee Pritchard would like to thank all the anglers who took part or helped out, it certainly produced some great weights.
